Soft pretzels--boiled and baked

Serving soft prretzels hot off the pan after boiling and baking has won my sons over.


  1. i know i am a boiler too, it just gives them the edge, in flavor and texture. Get this a new German store opened in my neighborhood, guess what they have in the frozen food aisle, PRETZELS, and they are boiled cause the texture, is good, i just worry about the margirine they use in processed foods, i never eat margarine knowingly. I know i am weird. I try to stick to olive oil, and some butter.
